This time we will have a small panel round with 3 guests with HR, Recruiting and technology background:

We will have three parts of the discussion:
1. Review of our last meetup where we answered the following questions:
o How do we recruit today?
o Are we happy with the status quo of recruitment? – What is good / bad?
o What do seekers, recruiters, hiring managers want in general?
2. The new role for recruiters and candidates:
o How can new strategies / technologies change the status quo of recruiting?
o What is the new role for recruiters? Is there a new role for candidates?
3. Next steps in the future
o How to implement new strategies / technologies to your company?
o What can you do today? What are the first steps?
The meetup will be in English and will be moderated by Achim Dengler, our Recruiting Rebell of ProjectRoom and HR expert.
